The addendums are as below.

• Format:

  • The tournament will consist of 10 teams, arbitrarily split into two pools of 5 teams each.

  • Teams will be seeded based on a Captain's Meet lottery.

  • The top 2 teams from each pool, play IPL-style playoffs.

• Pool Stage:

  • Each team will play against the other teams in their pool.

  • All pool games will be 10 overs per team.

  • Teams will be ranked based on their results.

• Knockout Stage (Playoffs):

  • The top two teams from each pool will qualify for the Playoffs.

  • Teams that finish at the first position in the pool points table play the Qualifier 1. The winner of the Qualifier 1 game qualifies for the Finals. The losing team plays in Qualifier 2 as another chance to reach the finals.

  • Teams that finish at the second position in the pool points table play the Eliminator in the playoffs. The winner of the Eliminator game qualifies for Qualifier 2 while the losing team is knocked out of the competition.

  • The winner of Qualifier 2 plays the winner of Qualifier 1 in the finals.

• Venue:

  • Backup venue: IHZ ground, Near PwC Building, Düsseldorf (**under unavoidable circumstances**). (https://g.co/kgs/dX4P6KF)

• Team Composition:

  • Each team can nominate a maximum of 15 players before the tournament starts, with the playing 11 selected from this list.

  • No player can represent more than one team in the tournament.

  • Any unregistered player playing in the tournament, and objected by any team will be tackled by the organising committee who will have the final decision.

• Match Duration:

  • Pool Stage: Each innings must be completed in 50 minutes.

  • Knockout Stage: Each innings must be completed in 55 minutes.

  • Innings break is 10 minutes.

  • Total match duration in pool stage and knockout stages will be 110 minutes and 115 minutes respectively.

• Power Play:

  • First 4 overs are mandatory power play.

  • Only 2 players can field outside the inner-circle during power play overs.

• Super Over Rules:

  • In case of a tie, a Super Over will be played.

  • The team batting second in the match will bat first in the Super Over.

  • 3 batsmen and 1 bowler from each team will participate.

• Pitch Length:

  • The pitch length will be 'approximately' 21 yards.
